Carriage Driving In Portugal VX471

You experience driving through the beauty of the Alentejo region of Portugal and its unrestricted access to nature.  In addition we have created an assault track on 100 hectare of rugged land bordering the beautiful Lake Divor. There you will experience the "tough" side of Trial driving be it river crossing, the inevitable mud hole, steep passages etc.

Through this fascinating countryside there are hundreds of kilometers of sandy roads to learn or practice driving a pair or 4 horses with restored carriages or dashing along in a gig.

For the experienced driver we have "Marathon" routes about 20 to 25 km through natural countryside encountering at the most a herd of cattle or a shepherd looking after his flock.

A natural precision course has been created on the banks of Lake Divor in a thinly wooded pine forest.  Here you can learn dressage, trial and concourse from our  expert professional instructor.
