All the cottages have central heating, one bedroom, a shower room and a living room with sofa bed. They also have a microwave, fridge and kettle.

The cottages are very comfortable and elegantly furnished and each of them can accommodate up to four persons.

Two cottages have a double bedroom and the third one has twin beds. Two cottages have an interconnecting door and are therefore suitable for couples with children.

The three cottages all have doors opening to a large patio, with sun lounges, overlooking the property and the ocean.

For the guests occuppying the cottages, breakfast is served indoors except in the summer months when it is served outside. The breakfast room also has sofas, Satellite television, etc. There is also a games room with chess, table tennis, snooker, etc. There is also an interesting collection of antique weapons.

The Duplex apartment is very spacious and sleeps up to 6 persons.  There is a large living room with Satellite television, fireplace and two sofa beds suitable for adults or children. The apartment has large windows overlooking the back of the property.

On the mezzanine there are two beds and a small balcony overlooking the property and the ocean.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with four electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.  The rate for the apartment includes cleaning every other day.

In the grounds of Quinta de Monteverde there is a large swimming pool with changing rooms, a tennis court and a vast lawned area.  A laundry service is available and snacks can be served.

The house is approximately 7 kilometers south of Viana do Castelo and has easy motorway access to Porto International airport, the beautiful Minho region of Portugal and the Galicia region of Spain.

Near the property there are a few restaurants specializing in fish and sea food caught by local fishermen.

For golfing parties there are courses at Quinta da Barca, Estela and Ponte de Lima all within easy reach by car.
