Warrior Mark III 35 long fin keel sloop built by Trident Marine in 1976
The Warrior 35 Mark III was manufactured by Trident Marine of the highest standard with extensive use of natural materials throughout.It is renowned for her sea keeping qualities and is often chosen as the boat for extended cruising. It is easily handled and a joy to sail and has a loyal following.

This bermudan sloop is 35' LOA and 26' 4" LWL with a 10' 5" Beam and 5' Draft. There is wheel steering with an automatic pilot in the deep centre cockpit and 6/7 berths in the three cabins.The ship was bought in 1992 by one of the owners and underwent a full refit before leaving for an extended live aboard cruise. It was transferred to joint ownership in 1996 with the original owner retaining a 50% share.
After 1996 it cruised extensively on the western and southern coasts of Portugal. In 2000 it was repainted by a shipyard, the engine rebuilt and the exterior woodwork restored.
In 2001 it cruised by motor up the Douro river to Spain and has been laid up ashore since due to the ill health of one of the owners

The yacht has a large forward cabin with a v-berth with an in-fill cushion and opening hatch. The main cabin has a U-shaped dinette with a folding table which converts to a double bed. There is also a pilot berth which is now used for sail storage. A separate stern cabin has two berths.The heads contain a marine toilet, shower and a vanity basin with hat and cold water. The toilet has a holding tank. There is a separate wet hanging locker in the space shown for the dressing table.
The galley is in the main cabin and a two burner gas stove and an oven, Next to it is a stainless steel sink with hot and cold water and a work area. There is a 240 volt shore connection socket which can supply power to a plug for domestic appliances.
The navigation area has a chart table with a hinged lid and a nearby electrical and instrumentation panel. Electronics are installed but lack of use and modern advances will probably mean replacement.

The hull is made of glass fibre and the boat has a displacement of 5600 kg. The engine is a 42 hp. Mercedes OM636 4 cylinder diesel with a Hurth gearbox.The equipment includes CQR & Danforth anchors, chain & warp, manual windless, boom cover, stainless steel guard wire, stainless steel boarding ladder, spray hood., warps and fenders
Navigation equipment includes Sestrel binnacle compass, navigation and deck lights, radar reflector, barometer and a clock. There is a life raft but requires servicing. The sails include a spinnaker, furling genoa, reefing main with 4 winches.
VAT is not payable.
The yacht has been recently surveyed.
